Capacitive ON/OFF circuit. Simply increase the capacitance of the green capacitor (right) to turn the circuit on, and increase the capacitance of the blue capacitor (left) to turn the circuit off. 

The capacitors in reality are replaced with capacitive touch sensors, resulting in two “buttons” that the user will press with a finger. One to turn the circuit off, the other to turn it on. When off, this circuit draws no current.
