Touch activated light circuit with delayed off (approximatly 7 seconds in reality with 1uF capacitor, without the 100M resistor).
The switch substitutes for the user's finger.
When the circuit is close to power strips, it is enough to touch the base of the transistor to switch on the light, in this case the human body works as an antenna.
Any generic transistor can be used (NPN: 2N2222/3904, PNP: 2N2907/3906), diode is 1N4148
When the light is off, the current consumption is 274uA, when the light is on, the consumption is 10.1mA
