Just something i came up with while searching for an easy peasy balancer for a project.

With 2.2+3.3kOhm voltage divider at 3.6V your circuit already draws 654uA idle current. I think this is to much

Gotta put some bigger vals. 2.2M and 3.3M with a capacitor for noise should do the trick

That's 10 times higher then would recommend, cuz TL431 also takes some current from the divider, which is roughly given with this 2uA current sink, as I have modeled it from specification. But this is only a typical varying value. But it definitive not just 2nA as you wish!

But now you get it. Question, why all this stuff around, just put a voltage source and do a parametric simulation to demonstrate the characteristics.
