Two simple circuits; the first with two alkali one time 1.5V cells and the other with two rechargeable 1.25V cells in series, both driving current into a 2V LED through a series resistor. Here both the concept of connecting batteries in series is illustrated as well as the difference between alkali one time cells and rechargeable cells (e.g. NiCd or Li-Ion types). NB: These circuits were inspired by or taken from the Basic Electronics series by Simply Electronics at YouTube. Check also my other circuits about basic electronics and if you like them, please give me a thumbs up! 🙂
