TX for 0-20 mA current loop

A current source for 0-20 mA current loop. Transforms 0-2 V differential input voltage to 0-20 mA current loop signal. The current in the loop does not depend on the loop resistance when it changes in the range from 0 to 1 kOhm. Note that voltage and current curves graphically coincide on the scope.
