EveryCircuit 2.23 is now live! • Center-tapped transformer • Voltmeter polarity • Amperemeter polarity • Report community comments • Secure HTTPS connection • User interface enhancements • Code of conduct The new version includes a center-tapped transformer, which lets you build more circuits like this full wave rectifier. Disables automatic polarity detection in voltmeter and amperemeter, which makes it easier for you to get the desired reading by properly connecting a meter. Other enhancements include complete transition to secure HTTPS connection, user interface enhancements that vary by mobile/web platform, ability to report inappropriate comments on all platforms.

I can only see the primary and secondary turns ratio in the options menu!

@fatcat2, it is literally a "center-tapped" transformer at this point.

And please make manual routing possible. Another request from me is to decrease the space occupied by the components, especially opamps.

Plus it now starts on my very old tablet. Thanks!

Today I visited the everycircuit website on chrome on macOS Mojave and logged in but it kept me from running any circuits asking me to pay $14.99 despite me having already paid ages ago on the iOS app.

And I doubt you’ll do this, but I’d love enhanced logic support. I can’t find any good logic apps for iOS/iPadOS, limiting me to building my CPU on my computer using Logisim. I’d love to have sub circuits here (like I make a multiplexer circuit that I can then turn into a component for use in other circuits). It’s fine if it’s for logic only, that’s the only thing I need it for.

Igor had previously stated that he would add a MUX, in 2014.

And now it’s 2020, so that’s why I started my comment with “And I doubt you’ll do this, but...”. I’d honestly be incredibly delighted and even more surprised if he actually implements the sub circuit feature, even if only for logic circuits (which I feel I could probably code myself, but I don’t really know). Hmm, maybe if he provides a link to everycircuit on GitHub I could see if I can contribute. First I’d have to make a GitHub account tho.

@jason9, since you've purchased EveryCircuit, you should have full access on all platforms. We will fix it if you are still asked to pay.

Igor, when I select a meter, the +/- doesn't appear on its terminals until I start simulation. So I won't know the polarity of the meter until I start simulation, which is quite inconvenient. I'm sure adding a +/- to the circuit symbol itself is possible!

Also, when I'm typing a comment (on my android phone), I can only see 1 and and half lines of what I previously typed. It's odd, I remember I could see 2 or 3 full lines of the comment that I type before the update.

Ohhh man, the connection was not secure. You made this beautiful app and forgot about the connection?

Thanks @Igor for the update

Sometimes, the AC analysis is simply intolerable; it shows spikes here and there. Please fix that. Compare it with multisim and you'll see.

Also Igor, make it possible to report posts as spam too ans Not only comments

I don't see any undo option while working on others' circuits. This is REALLY ANNOYING. Please change this @Igor.
