The matter of coil design may affect recommended ignition dwell settings.
Top in simulator is 4 cylinder ignition (70% duty cycle), middle is 6 cylinder ignition (70% duty cycle), and bottom 8 cylinder ignition (67% duty cycle).
The Duty Cycle is measured on a 0 to 100% scale to get ON time but the dwell meter (0° to 90° scale) for angle of OFF time.
BELOW CONVERSION METHOD DID NOT WORK WELL TO MATCH LOWER CHART!!
Multiply duty cycle by 4/5 to get the dwell equivalent, and multiply dwell readings by 5/4 to convert to duty cycle percentage.
The chart I used::

For conversion from dwell angle to duty cycle I use:
360 degrees / number of cylinders then multiply result by Dwell Angle to get Duty Cycle percentage.
Example from dwell angle to duty cycle:
360 degrees / 4 cylinders = 90 degrees then, 100 percent duty cycle / 90 degrees = 1.1111
Lastly, my 63 degree dwell angle X 1.1111 = 70 % duty cycle.
Example from duty cycle to dwell angle:
360 degrees / 4 cylinders = 90 degrees then, 70% / 100% = .7 Lastly, .7 X 90 degrees = 63° dwell angle.
