Pardon my ignorance, but is there a part list for this in real life? Your's looks like it really would work, but I am MOSFET illiterate and don't know what a "JK flip flop" translates to in hardware either.

Great question @nforystek! For the MOSFETS a generic general purpose NMOS like a 2N7000 or 2N7002 should work (although you may need to tweak the resistor values). And the JK Flip Flop is a digital circuit that is made up of 4 NAND gates. They can be bought in IC packages as well although I don’t have a specific part I can recommend off the top of my head
