An OTA based Wien Bridge Oscillator, with averaged AGC via the OTA tail current, which yields better distortion figures than cycle by cycle limiting as with the diode clipping version. There's also a DC offset servo, as OTAs are notorious for their poor DC offset, especially when varying the gain via the tail current.

P.S. Due to the averaging effect of both feedbacks, it needs a few seconds to start oscillating and some more to average correct the amplitude and offset.
