For this setting, my chrome browser used 14 seconds to display all 28 characters. My Samsung 4G LTE used 32 seconds. Too different. What about yours?

Refer to your device by the make and model number, not by it's mobile network connection abilities. On my Samsung GT-I8260 this took 75 seconds to complete.

Hi @aacj, my model number is SM-G3568V. I have not imagine my mobile is not the slowest. Please increase speed by changing the 10K resistor and the timer source. What is the maximum speed you will get?
